THE INDISPENSABLE LANGUAGE COURSE IN EDUCATION?

Abstract:

Students don’t realize how central the language course is in our lives, as we think it is one more course to take, but on the contrary it is the one that gives us the power to understand texts through a good reading comprehension by the learning taught in the Language course and this is what is being emphasized.

First, this essay will state why education indispensably needs the language course. As social beings we are we communicate in different ways, but what if we do not know how to express ourselves correctly, since there are many methods of expressing some concern through messages, However, if we do not know how to spell out the problem properly, there may be misunderstandings. Then for the misuse of techniques within the language course what will happen in the day to day.

In our lives we communicate all the time in different ways, whether oral, written or signed, but what would happen if some element of communication fails. The message would simply be misunderstood. For example when there is a lack of vocabulary in a dialogue the recipient would not understand the message so it could not be fully understood and even more so when two people handle different code (1) tend to confuse the message that is transmitted so within the course of Language seeks to reinforce the vocabulary or lexicon of the student.

In the school, university or some other institution where the language course is taught it must be carried out with great responsibility, because if we do not have a correct learning we will have problems in the future even in the misspelling when writing a letter would not be understood and there would be confusion, By this I mean that the language course is very important for social relations.

Finally, in our learning during school about the language course, I personally did not pay much attention to it because I thought it was enough to speak the same language, But in college, I realized and you’re faced with the reality that you have to read texts that are relevant to your career. Then I can now appreciate the course of Language which involves strategies for student improvement, without reading we would be stuck in our perspectives of things.
